Mobility Strength and Endurance

This program is designed to help you improve muscle development and strength, increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, optimize mobility and balance, and develop body awareness. 


Our focus is to take you through proper progressions to obtain balance, mobility, cardiovascular endurance, muscular endurance, strength, and muscular development so you can perform at the highest level of your physical ability. We will provide personalized assessments to determine your specific needs and create a program that is tailored specifically to you. 

THIS PROGRAM ONLY FOCUSES ON GAINING BALANCE, CORE AND MUSCULAR STRENGTH, FLEXIBILITY, AND MUSCULAR AND CARDIOVASCULAR ENDURANCE. 


3-month program 

  • 2x per week - $90.00  per hr.
  • 3x per week - $85.00  per hr.
  • 4x per week - $80.00  per hr. 


6-month program 

  • 2x per week - $85.00  per hr.
  • 3x per week - $80.00  per hr. 
  • 4x per week - $75.00  per hr. 


12-month program 

  • 2x per week - $80.00  per hr.
  • 3x per week - $75.00  per hr.
  • 4x per week - $70.00  per hr.
